At Wright's Building we maintain the highest level of quality in all our work. On occasion we submit some of our work for judging in both the annual Queensland Master Builders Association (QMBA) and the Housing Industry Association (HIA) awards.

Below is our QMBA award winning bathroom and at the bottom of the page is our double award winning entry into this years HIA awards held in October.

The Award Winning Bathroom

This project involved the complete remodeling of a bathroom, altering the existing linen cupboard, which opened into the hallway, and installing a laundry chute to the laundry on the ground floor.

The existing bathroom was completely demolished. Extra length was added to the linen cupboard from within the bathroom to allow for the laundry chute.

Above this area we constructed an area of the linen cupboard that could be accessed from the bathroom. Additionally an area was created to allow for storage of bathroom accessories. The doors to these areas were finished in two-pack polyurethane to match the vanity unit ....
